[MC-262392] Single biome worlds are excessively flooded.

I loaded up a Taiga single biome world and Snowy Taiga single biome world and they looked like ocean and old frozen ocean biomes instead.

Kind of? The world is almost entirely flooded, which I highly doubt is intentional though.

Generate a default world with the same seed. If the world is still mostly ocean, then this is actually a duplicate of MC-236884.

Yeah, they are. I had two seeds in a row that spawn you on tiny islands and are ocean for thousands of blocks. One even had a GIANT mushroom island close to spawn.
As a workaround for this issue, you could find a default seed with a desirable terrain shape and then generate a single biome with the same seed.

This can be resolved as a duplicate.
