[MC-263549] If you sneak on the corner of a soul block with Soul Speed while holding a movement key, it will constantly produce soul particles even if you aren't moving

If you sneak on the corner of a soul speed block with soul speed boots while holding a movement key, even if you aren't moving it will infinitely make soul speed particles.

This issue seems to be fixed in 24w18a, provided the fact that I could successfully reproduce the issue in 1.20.6, but no longer can in 24w18a:

The particles only appear now when the player's position has changed (even if only by a decimal value)

I can no longer reproduce either, this has indeed been fixed in 24w18a.
