Players can clip through blocks when dismounting a minecart immediately after entering it

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Place a redstone block and an activator rail on it
2) Put a minecart on it so that it shakes
3) Keep trying to enter the minecart until you spawn within the redstone block or you fall straight through the redstone block if there aren't any blocks below it

that's because the minecart shakes, and also because you put in the wrong rail type 

Missing the point of the report; they're reporting that they get ejected into blocks, not that they get ejected.

@EyeBlox check the attachment - you can see clearly see what I'm trying to report there
