What's observed
No sound plays but a subtitle appears

Either no subtitle would appear, or the minecart would make an audiable sound

This seems different? It's about stationary minecarts making a sound, not about displaying a subtitle after being placed

@unknown The reason I believe this duplicates MC-100180 is because MC-100180 already contains this information including the minecart rolls subtitle when a minecart is placed. MC-267910 which describes this report's issue was resolved as duplicate of MC-100180
If that isn't the case I still can confirm.
