Minecart with Furnace does not travel correctly over curves

This bug only occurs with the "Minecart Improvements" experiment disabled. The issue that occurs with the experiment enabled is tracked at MC-276649.

The Minecart with Furnace cannot drive over a curve and drives back and forth between the curves. It does not matter whether it pushes another lorry or not.
