The creaking heart can be found in the spawn eggs creative tab category. However, despite generating naturally in pale gardens, this block doesn't appear in the natural blocks tab inside the creative inventory.
How to reproduce
Switch to creative, open the inventory.
Go to the natural blocks tab.
Expected result
The creaking heart would be located in the natural blocks category (apart from spawn eggs category).

I've read that issue as "Infested blocks are not inside the spawn eggs tab", not as in "the creaking heart not appearing in the natural blocks category".
If any mod considers it a dupe, then resolve it, but consider adding a clear expected behavior in the description of the linked issue.
Confirming this report, because MC-278045 describes this issue in relation to infested blocks, where as this issue specifically addresses how the creaking heart's placement is in the wrong tab, or should be added to another tab. As I pointed out in MC-278045, Blocks such as the sniffer egg and frog spawn block items which serve the purpose of spawning entities are also inside of this tab, rather than "Spawn Eggs". While more speculation on my part, the infested blocks are likely kept out of the "natural blocks" tab to avoid any confusion from players leading to them accidentally building with them as decorations.
In the case of this report, it just states that the creaking heart is not in the natural blocks category, not that it is placed in the wrong tab, so the expected here would be to have it appear in both tabs. Consider it a similar issue along the lines of MC-256845.
