The bug

This is a regression from 24w44a where MC-177078 and MC-204124 got fixed. Now their subtitles are missed again.

How to reproduce

/playsound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside.underwater master @a
/playsound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside master @a

Notice that the subtitles are missing

/tellraw @p {"translate": "subtitles.entity.minecart.inside"} shows a raw translation string, so I can only assume that the subtitle text was removed… again.
