[MC-177078] Sound event minecraft:entity.minecart.inside does not have an associated subtitle

The bug

MC-91893 was said to be fixed for this snapshot, however the sound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside is still missing a subtitle.

How to reproduce

/playsound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside master @a

Expected behavior

The minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound would display a subtitle.

Actual behavior

The minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound does not display a subtitle.

Steps to Reproduce:

Ensure that you have subtitles enabled in your accessibility settings.
Play the minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound event.

/playsound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside master @a

Take note as to whether or not the minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound event produces any subtitles upon being heard.

Observed Behavior:

The minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound event doesn't produce any subtitles upon being heard.

24w45a seems to have removed the subtitle key subtitles.entity.minecart.inside (and subtitles.entity.minecart.inside_underwater) in sounds.json, reverting the fix made just in 24w44a. Should we reopen this or create a new ticket, or is this really intended?
