Enchantments are not displayed on item's tool tip / Enchantments do not work at all

^Tested in survival as well.

Enchanted items will not display what enchantments are on them in their tool tips.

Update: This bug only occurs on items that are enchanted in an enchanting table. If enchants are applied using an anvil they will show their enchant. Using the "/enchant" command does not show the enchantments either.

UPDATE 2:
The problem may actually be that the items aren't actually receiving enchants when enchanted naturally. Rather than the enchants not being displayed. (Someone mentioned item received while fishing may be effected by this as well, which means that it probably effect mobs drops too.)

Seems only when using a enchantment table, not an anvil.

confirmed in 64 bit survival & creative (sp) didnt check MP yet.

enchanting book works fine, tools like swords, axes and fishing rods dont show the enchantment label(s) in either SSP & CSP. did not test for MP yet

Enchanted items also don't display (or get put to use) when giving someone an enchanted item with NBT command blocks.
