Extreme OpenGL log spam in latest snapshot on Intel graphics

To begin I am aware of MC-293754
However I believe this to possibly not be a duplicate as the issue is much more severe in this snapshot and has different reproduction steps

Reproduction Steps:
- Load into a world
- Open your inventory (seems to be worse with the creative inventory than survival)

Observed Results:
- Thousands of OpenGL errors get logged to the console

I just checked, the OpenGL errors are caused by the same code (the Mesa workaround).

I can confirm as well, and it seems to spam log errors even after exiting the world.
