Debug crosshair renders incorrectly

The crosshair shown when opening the debug menu has a south-facing black plane rendered between the X and Y axes of the crosshair.

Environment

Windows 11 23H2, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics

Seems to have been fixed in 25w16a.

It was not fully fixed in 25w16a, it is still smaller than usual
