The chat and chat restrictions screen don't update when changing the client chat option from that screen

When opening the chat restrictions screen from the warning in the chat, opening the Chat Settings screen from there and changing the “Chat” option does not update the chat to show/hide messages affected by the new value, and clicking on the warning in the chat to open the chat restrictions screen again shows the screen that corresponds to the old value.

Closing and reopening the chat updates it correctly.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Chat Settings screen and change “Chat” to either “Commands Only” or “Hidden.”

2. Join a world.

3. Open the chat.

4. Click on the message “Chat is restricted. Click this message for details.” to open the chat restrictions screen.

5. Click “Go to Chat Settings screen.”

6. Change “Chat” to a different value.

7. Press Esc or click “Done.”
   -> ❌ Even if you changed “Chat” to “Shown,” the chat warning still appears. Any messages that were hidden by the previous value are still hidden, and any messages that were visible but should now be hidden are still visible.

8. Click on the message “Chat is restricted. Click this message for details.” again.
   -> ❌ The screen is the same as before even though the value of “Chat” is different.

Expected result:

The chat and chat restrictions screen would update when changing the client chat option from the chat restrictions screen.

Observed result:

The chat and chat restrictions screen do not update when changing the client chat option from the chat restrictions screen until the chat is closed and reopened.
