Summary:
Placing cushions does not activate nearby sculk sensors and sculk shriekers. This causes a parity issue with Bedrock Edition, where placing cushions in the preview activates sensors and shriekers.
Steps to reproduce:
Place a sculk sensor or sculk shrieker nearby.
Place a cushion next to the sculk sensor or shrieker.
Observed results:
Placing a cushion does not trigger nearby sculk sensors or shriekers.
Expected results:
Placing a cushion should trigger nearby sculk sensors and shriekers (for parity with Bedrock Edition).

This bug doesn’t seem to be entirely fixed by Snapshot 7. Both placing and breaking cushions now properly trigger the sculk sensor, but the sensor does not relay this detection to the shrieker.
