Cushions, despite being made of wool like the block, slab and stair variants, do not prevent sculk sensors and sculk shriekers from detecting vibrations. Walking, running, jumping, sitting on, getting off or placing cushions all activate nearby sensors and shriekers. However, breaking cushions does not activate them. This could also be a parity issue between Java and Bedrock, as placing cushions in the latest Java snapshot does not activate the sensors.
Steps to reproduce
Place a cushion nearby a sculk sensor or sculk shrieker (player-placed or organic)
Walk, run, jump, sit on, get off, or place the cushion.
Expected result
Cushions should behave like other wool-based blocks and prevent sculk sensors and shriekers from detecting vibrations generated on or by the cushion.
Actual result
Walking, running, jumping, sitting, getting off, and placing cushions all trigger nearby sculk sensors and shriekers.

Hi EVGENSYPERPRO. Thanks for letting for know. I understand the majority of my bug report is working as intended for Mojang. But what about the parity issue between Java and Bedrock? Placing cushions in the latest Java snapshot does not activate the sensors, whereas it does in the Bedrock Preview. Is that also working as intended?
Hi, S_Mania)
I created MC-310681 to further investigate the parity issue. And please do not duplicate your comments in the future.
