This is presumably due to the fix for MC-195836. Clones MC-194948.
When breaking a block, the subtitle displayed is “Block broken”. However, when breaking item frames or paintings, we instead see “Item Frame breaks” and “Painting breaks”.
Cushions and armor stands are also affected by this inconsistency - the former says “breaks”, whereas the latter says “broken” (erroneously referring to itself as a “block” despite it being an entity, which should also be fixed).
The expected result would be a consistent set of subtitles - either all use “breaks”, or all use “broken”, rather than an unpredictable mix of the two.
