New inventory interaction keyboard controls cannot be rebound

Relates to MC-147718, MC-296952 and MC-313100.

This week’s snapshot adds functionalities that allow for inventory manipulation via the keyboard using keys such as Space, Enter and Control. Unlike almost all other game controls, however, nowhere appears to actually exist to configure these controls and their functionalities, hampering accessibility considerably and creating an inconsistency.

To fix, there should be items in the Key Binds menu explicitly defining what key does what.
