If you use /tp to rotate a character (for example /tp @p ~ ~ ~ ~90 ~) while they standing on top of the middle of a block the screen sometimes starts shaking and you can't really move around until you die or start flying.
I made a video showing how to do this because a picture would not be enough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUK_JrpZ40s

Hmm well those are all server desynchronization issues but probably caused by different issues in the game.
Also, confirmed in 14w04a
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
Keep in mind that the "Resolved"-Status on this ticket just means "Answered", and that we are waiting for further information on whether this issue still exists or not. We will reopen it as soon as the requested information has been delivered.
I am experiencing a very similar effect in 1.9, having never seen it in any previous version. My server has several teleporters, and some of them trigger this glitch since the update. (These teleporters functioned flawlessly for months and years before now.) Originally, I had no rotation on any of my teleporters and thought I needed to add a 0 0 rotation to the end, but that hasn't affected the issue.
I've also done manual /tp commands with the same result (again, 1.9 only). Repeating the same command generally fixes the player, but for players who activate a command block, that's small comfort.
Seems similar to MC-44562, MC-3804, and MC-1635, just now with the command blocks...
