[MC-65717] Arrows animation glitch

the arrow animation is not working like expected. the real arrow is working normally, just the animation is glitchy

Not a dupe. MC-417 is talking about the arrow bouncing back and then appearing at the correct location. This is talking about the animation being glitchy in general. I'll attach some screenshots from another report to prove that this is not a dupe.
