Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.

My issue got marked as resolved when I have gotten no answers. Just
wondering what I need to do to fix my game. I have not gotten a response on
it in a while now.
