The bug
Rabbits aren't affected by the tp
command's rotation.
How to reproduce
Make a repeating command block and enter the following command:
execute as @e[type=!player] at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~2 ~
→ You will see all entities rotate, but notice the rabbits are static
