[MC-97941] Eyes of ender glitch badly when thrown directly after making a new world

If you make a new world and get eyes of ender out of your inventory as soon as you spawn in and throw them they glitch badly. I've done this a few times, it seems consistent.

I cannot reproduce this issue. I took < 2 minutes to find a stronghold in creative in 1.9-pre3. Saw no real glitchyness either.

The eyes of ender still work, but they appear to lag backwards as you throw them for a s short time.

that's just because the internal server is still generating chunks, which needs memory. because of that the server side entity doesn't get updated, until moments after.
