New launcher can't connected to Minecraft services.

After going back and forth for 47 days with Minecraft Help they directed me here. Essentially, when I log into anything but the new launcher it correctly shows that I own the Java version of the game. When I log into the new launcher it never properly authenticates with your servers and I am unable to play/use it. My bandwidth also inexplicably bottoms out whenever the launcher is open.

I have attached every image I shared with the Minecraft Help team over the course of our 27 email exchange. If you require anything else to resolve this please let me know and I will do my best to provide it.

What happens when you click "Try Again" in the error message at the bottom of the new Launcher?

Animated ellipses show up for a few seconds before displaying "Try Again", again.

I'm having this exact same problem too and although unfortunate it's reassuring to see that I'm not the only one facing this problem. I've message Minecraft Help but they don't seem to quite understand the issue in question. I'll comment here if I find/receive a solution.

i am glad there is finally an open bug report for this issue. this is definitely not MCL-16570 and maybe not related to MCL-19984

however, the screenshots provided has some personal info like emails and date of birth.

@Benjamin Sanford you should hide your personal info in the pictures, or ask a mod to blur them

Yesterday I made the purchase of minecraft and I am having the same problem hopefully they can respond soon.

For what it's worth, I DID use the search feature. I wasn't about to spend hours sifting through posts to try and find the ONE related open ticket if it wasn't one of the first results after trying several keywords. Maybe if that's where the issue is going to be tracked someone should update the tags/labels so it's easier to find?

(I am also removing images with personal information - if any are needed I can re-upload with that info obscured.)

Also, if this is a known issue why is your engineering team not partnering with support to address these tickets right away? I spent HOURS going back and forth with your team only to find out it was a waste of everyone's time.
