The netherite leggings texture is incorrect/weird, this was fixed in the latest 1.16.4 pre-release 1 on Java.

Step to Reproduce:
Wear a netherite leggings.
--> ❌ the textures are weird/incorrect

@unknown This is because it only affect character creators skin, since you can change your sizes, hence the armor will glitched out, this isn't only affecting netherite leggings, in fact it affects all types of leggings.
