Some blocks/items being placed down doesn't activate sculk sensor as a vibration

Summary
Blocks/Items that are not detected by sculk sensor when placed down:

  • Signs

  • Doors

  • Banners

  • Bamboo Sapling

  • Sea Pickles

  • Heads/Skulls

  • Sweet Berries

  • Top Snow (Both placement and removal)

  • Painting (Now only happens when removed)

  • Lilypad

  • Armor Stand (Now only happens when removed)

  • Seeds (planting)

  • Potatoes, Carrots, Nether Warts (planting)

  • Coral Fans

  • Frogspawn (Both placement and removal)

Original Description
If you place the door near the sculk sensor, the sculk sensor should be active. But when the door is placed, the sculk sensor is inactive.

How To Reproduce: 
1. Place a sculk sensor
2. Place some doors, beds, banners near sculk sensor

Expected Results:
The sculk sensor should be active when you place it

Observed Results:
The sculk sensor aren't active when you place it.

with Top Snow, the sensor does not detect both its placing and breaking.

Beds/Banners may or may not be intentional, since both are made with wool.

with Bamboo, only placing the initial Bamboo Shoot doesn't activate the sculk sensor. Placing bamboo on top of other bamboo will activate the sculk sensor.

Also affects frogspawn

The sign triggers the skulk sensor now.

After 1.20.30.21 only place/break top snow and place coral fans doesn't produce vibrations.
