Placing Sideways Chains In Liquids Causes Liquids To Unrender

How to reproduce
1. find a lava lake that is several blocks deep
2. Place a line of sideways chains at top layer of lava
or
1. Place a line of sideways chains at the top layer of the ocean
2. Remove the water from the chains by placing a sponge above the chains

Results
Liquids below the chains will will unrender, allowing you to see through them.

Expected results
They should render as usual

lightning rods also have this same issue, here is a bug report for that: MCPE-117990

has string been tested yet? if not it should be just in case

This doesn't affect string, from what I've tested

Also, this issue affects vertical chains too. (use the same reproduction steps for horizontal chains)
