Glow Berries cannot be planted on the ceiling by aiming at the side of the block (which is below)

Summary:

Glow Berries cannot be planted on the ceiling by hitting the side of the block below (as with pointed dripstone, spore blossom, weeping vines, etc.).

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Place the support block (which will hang the Glow Berries).

2. Place the block you will aim at to place the vine (next to the future vine).

3. Hover over it and try to place a vine.

Observed results:

The player starts eating glow berries.

Expected results:

Vine will be placed.
