Some blocks are not placed when aiming on adjacent blocks

Summary:
Some blocks that are only placed on certain blocks or sides are not placed when the player is aiming over an adjacent block where the block should be placed.

Affected blocks:

• Glow Berries (MCPE-122161)

• Candles (MCPE-130812) fixed 1.18.10.20

• Sweet berry (MCPE-54049)

• Door

• Tripwire Hook

• Amethyst Cluster (Amethyst Bud)

• Bell

• Button

• Lever

• Wheat (MCPE-82691)

• Potatoes (MCPE-82691)

• Carrots (MCPE-82691)

• Beetroot (MCPE-82691)

• Pumpkin stem (MCPE-82691)

• Melon stem (MCPE-82691)

• Nether warts (MCPE-82691)

• Cocoa beans

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a block on which the above blocks can be placed.

2. Place a block with an adjacent side, where the block will be placed.

3. Take the above blocks.

4. Aim at the side of an adjacent block.

5. Try to place the indicated blocks.

Observed results:
Blocks are not placed.

Expected results:
The blocks will be placed as blocks similar to the indicated blocks.
