Plants in lush caves can be cut off during generation

The generation was changed and at 1.17.30.23 there is no cave on the coordinates in the screenshot. Updated coordinates/seed:

If you make a world with caves and cliffs experimental enabled on 1.17.30. Any tall vegetation plants can be cut in half where the top part is missing, i’ve seen a few rose bushes, tall grass, drip leaf and many other double plants where their tops missing.  

In 1.18.0.20 Beta, small dripleaf is no longer affected, but tall grass still is. I updated the description with a new seed and coordinates.

Is this issue occurring frequently in any lush caves, or just a few specific seeds?

This issue occurs in any lush cave.
