I have noticed that the pointed dripstone changes water color when the dripstone is out of the water while waterlogged. This is very similar to the small dripleaf bug where that changes water color. I can't provide a screenshot because I play on Xbox.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place pointed dripstone underwater in a darkened area.
2.Build on top of the pointed dripstone until it goes out of the water
Observed Results:
The water color is not the same as the water around it.
Expected Results:
It should not change water color.

UPDATE: This seems to only happen in dark areas. I have not seen this happen on the surface. Try going into an aquifer to try this.
Based on my own testing, the light level of the water in the water logged block doesn't change based on the environment and is always at 15.
[media][media]the water gets brighter the more blocks you have up around the edges, and if you bring the dripstone up out of the water too
