Some attachable block moved by piston doesn't update anymore, unless if you removed the piston.

Sugar canes should always break. Rails should only break if they're pushed into a space with no floor below them.
Sticky pistons with slimeblocks pull the sugarcane. They should bounce off the block. Instead the sugarcane is pushed out if place and breaks instantly.
Fixed for sugarcane in 0.15.90.2 (or possibly earlier), but still affects rails. (Tested on Pocket Edition.)
