Shields blocks TNT damage from all directions

lite some TNT block with a shield you only take fall damage from the blast knocking you into the air 
even if your not facing the TNT your safe with blocking with shield

The video shows you being killed by TNT when you face away from it while blocking with the shield. That contradicts your statement that you are safe while blocking even when facing away. Therefore, it’s not clear to me what you are actually trying to report as a bug.

Bug reports should have clearly stated expected results and observed results.

FWIW shields have blocked all TNT damage in Java Edition when facing the entity that ignited the TNT since Java 1.11. (The fact it is based on facing the lighting entity instead of the TNT itself in Java is a bug, MC-92017.)

My previous comment was incorrect in its analysis of the linked video. In the first explosion the player is not blocking. In the second video the damage is fall damage, but it is delayed a few seconds after the fall due to lag from the explosions.

I've made a more straightforward video showing that shields block explosions that are behind the player:

This is not the case in Java, where after the fix to MC-92017 /MC-261433 shields work as expected:
