[MCPE-167191] Decorated Pot's brightness is affected by daytime and not by surrounding lighting

When the game is at night the decorated pot turns a almost purplish hue. It usually isn’t that color during the daytime. (Only does it as an item. Previously did it while holding but was fixed)

Steps to reproduce:

Observe pot (On the ground)
Observe pot at night (On the ground) (With light source)

The Decorated Pot now respects the lighting conditions when held in hand or dropped
