Does the issue occur in a newly-created vanilla world?

According to MCPE-172066 this also occurs when opening a world last saved in Pocket Edition 0.11.0.

This problem is still occurring, I have attached my version of the video which is in 1.20.12, still not fixed. Another update: full detailed tutorial showing this bug here: https://vimeo.com/851071660?share=copy

I can chime in and confirm this happens on a new vanilla world. I opened a blank, flat world to test a pack and it had the speed-glitch even before I added any packs, after I added the pack and when I removed the pack. It never went away. The same happens on my realm with random people.

I can confirm that this issue is still occurring in Bedrock version 1.20.81

I transferred an old Xbox 360/One edition world to the Bedrock edition and upon opening the world in the Xbox Bedrock edition the movement speed was significantly increased and the FOV was zoomed way out very similarly to how it looks when a potion of swiftness is applied to your character.  The FOV goes back to normal temporarily if you turn off the “FOV Can Be Altered By Gameplay” option in the video tab of the settings menu, but then goes back to being distorted from the bug if you turn it back on.

Is this still an issue for you?

I have this issue too. I do not have any packs.

I found a solution. Flyspeed was set to 0.5, when it should be 0.05. Needed and NBT editor to change it
