Running Minecraft Bedrock at close to 21:9 Aspect Ratio with RTX gives me major artificing and screen corruption with only half the screen rendering.
I have screenshots uploaded highlighting the issue. In Windowed mode I was able to get Minecraft running at about 2:3rds of the width of the screen. But you can see that when I widen the window from that point, the visuals break; only half the screen is rendered, with broken clouds, vertical slices, smearing and other artifacting. This happened in all RTX texture packs I could test.

I did some digging and I think there is a hard resolution cap for the RTX implementation in Minecraft at 4k, which then breaks when the resolution is over 4k (3840 x 2160).
So that sucks
Can confirm that this issue is still present on release version 1.20.74 and preview version 1.21.0.21. When playing with a horizontal resolution greater than 3840 pixels half the screen goes black and there are a variety of visual artifacts. Enabling upscaling or lowering the desktop resolution to something below 3840 pixels horizontal will fix the black artifacts.
This is still an issue on release version 1.20.81 and preview version 1.21.0.24. When the rendering resolution is above 3840 pixels horizontally, RTX glitches out with blurry motion, black artifacting, and half the screen going black. When upscaling is enabled, this issue goes away because the internal rendering resolution drops below 3840 pixels horizontally.
