This bug is very rare. It happened to me when I was creating a building in a flat world, where one of the chunks disappeared (Not the grass and bedrock) . Someone may not even experience once, but unfortunately I do.

This is a bulk resolve of issues that haven't been updated to 0.16.0+ yet. Please comment below (To open the ticket) and update your affected versions. If you cannot reproduce the bug, please write in the comments so we can resolve it as "Cannot Reproduce". Thank You!

Is this happening in Single player or in realms? (There is a known issue REALMS-101)
