[MCPE-176929] The breeze becomes passive when the player is sitting with it in a boat

The breeze does not shoot wind charge at the player when the player is sitting in the boat with the breeze.
To reproduce:
1. Summon a breeze on the floor.
2. Place a boat next to the breeze and make the breeze ride the boat.
3. Sit in the boat with the breeze.

Expected results:
The breeze should shoot wind charge at the player when in the boat together.

Isn't this because breezes will not attack when within 2 blocks of an enemy, an intended feature? Sitting in the same boat as a breeze surely puts you closer than 2 blocks.
