This has also with Stronghold (Was won't be fixed, Relates to MC-266519)

Confirmed in 1.21.44

Trial chambers are also notorious for breaking strong holds which is a big problem. You can see some examples of this below:

Amethyst Geodes can also generate in and sometimes break trial chambers.
