[MCPE-179259] Wrong water generation inside trial chambers

Water/waterlogged blocks can generate inside trial chambers.

Can confirm, relates to MC-266471 and MC-268185.

I believe because of water stills generated the trial chambers in 1.20.80.24 (after the trial chamber generation changes)

I did found expose the water generation in a same seed where tested process, I posting a new information of screenshots in latest preview
