[MCPE-180294] You can push a boat by standing on it

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a boat or raft on water;
Stand on the boat;
Without sneaking, walk a little bit off center.

Observed Results:
The boat is pushed to the side and you fall into water.

Expected Results:
The boat stays in place.

Notes: With good timing, you can even walk on it as it gets pushed and avoid falling.

@unknown - No, the video was just demonstrating that it doesn't happen with the entire surface of the collision. You can reproduce this consistently by just standing on top of the boat a little off center, walking or not.
