[MCPE-182573] Non-leather armor/horse armor can be used on a Cauldron with dyed water, which consumes water

When interacting with any armor other than leather on a cauldron filled with dyed water (same way when dyeing leather armor) it consumes some of the water in the cauldron.

This bug also works with elytra. This bug could be even taken advantage of with elytra to have actual dyed elytra.

This bug does not actually dye non-leather armor, it does nothing but consume cauldron water.
