[MCPE-18294] End Rods don't show there light particles

I have a samsung galaxy tab A

End Rods should emit white particles.

In pocket edition however, they do not emit any particles.

Steps to Reproduce:

(This ticket is not to be confused with MCPE-18169 which is referring to the breaking particles)

They have light particles after you put end rod about 20 seconds then break it.The particle at middle of end rod.

Ok,It was a bug.Different in Java and Pocket and Windows 10.

In 1.0.0.1 there are some particles emitting, but they stay attached to the rod and don't look quite right still.

Affects 1.0.4.0.

They show up, but it's very faded and somewhat short.

Resolving as fixed since end rods now create particles, and the original subject of this ticket was that they were not creating particles.

However, the particles do not act exactly the same as in Java Edition. See MCPE-23157.
