Whenever I attempt to use an Add-on purchased on the marketplace on a new and/or existing world, the addon will fail to load and a bunch of errors will continuously appear on screen. I was able to grab one screenshot which has been linked below as each error was going by too fast to see. I tested 3 separate addons, together and alone. These Addons are as follows:
World Builder
Essentials
All the Wool
The creator for Essentials has been notified, just in case this is a coding error on the creators parts. However, as its multiple, I assume its a base bug.
Edit: The bug also covers third party addons from sites such as MCPEDL
Edit 2: These addons did NOT require holiday Creator features and ran perfectly well without the.m. The three addons I tested are stated above with them all being by separate creators and unconnected. For each, the exact same errors occured. Extra info that could help: No items or textures that are added in each add-on appear in either commands or the creative inventory.
Final Edit (16.08.24): The latest hotfix (1.21.21) has fixed the issue.

This may be an effect of the removal of the Experimental Holiday Features, the best we can do for now is to wait until the creators update their Add-ons.
Probably relates to MCPE-185254
Do the same exact error messages occur for all of the add-ons?
Did the add-ons require the "Holiday Creator Experimental Features" to be enabled?

For me, I can still reproduce the issue even with the hotfix, rebooting the PC can allow the issue to be reproduced.
Based from the content log on my other PC shown below, (for Add-ons downloaded from Marketplace), it seems that the game was decrypting the content improperly (Edit: this also apply to world templates that are downloaded from Marketplace (see relates)).
[media]I used Lush Bath Bombs Add-on for testing
Edit 1: Lush Bath Bombs Add-on do not require now-removed Holiday Creator Feature experiment, the add-on works again after some game restarts, none of my add-ons were broken. However just recently, the issue was solved for me by getting the account signed-out and signing back in to the Microsoft Account on the game for the affected PC.
Edit 2: Tried reproducing this issue on affected PC the day after having my Microsoft account sign-out and signing back in, and I could reproduce the issue again. same decryption errors as seen from the content log, as one of mine from the above, and it failed to load the same way as previous. However my add-ons still works. reinstalling the game and restoring (with all possible login information removed) temporary solves the issue until the affected PC was rebooted.
Edit 3: Tried reproducing the issue on main PC and I cannot, but I can still reproduce the issue on affected PC. Details you might find interesting as a developer: Affected/Other PC OS (the one that can reproduce): Windows 11, Main PC OS (the one that cannot reproduce): Windows 10.
The updating part might be a bigger issue considering they moved certain features, and some seem to be completely gone. Another issue created by the mc devs that couldve been prevented.
