Trying to use an item while aiming at copper blocks prevents the item from being consumed/used

When you aiming at copper blocks, and trying to uses an items (foods, wind charge, bow/crossbow, trident, etc), it will prevents the item from being consumed/used

Affected blocks:

• Block of Copper

• Copper Grate

• Cut Copper (full blocks only, slabs/stairs are unaffected by this issue)

• Chiseled Copper

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself any item that can be consumed/used (for example, bow or bread)

2. Give yourself one of the affected copper blocks, and then place it

3. Try to use the item while aiming at copper blocks

Expected results:
Item got consumed/used like normal.

Observed results:
Nothing happens.
