Dyeing a shulker does not play dye use sound

The dye sound from Java Edition was added to sheep, cat collar, and wolf collar dyeing in 1.21.40.20. However, there is still no sound when dyeing a shulker in the same way.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new world in Creative mode.

2. Spawn a Shulker.

3. Hold a dye, such as Orange Dye.

4. Use the dye on the Shulker.

5. Notice there was no dye sound played.

6. Spawn a Sheep.

7. Use the dye on the Sheep.

8. Notice there was a dye sound played.

Expected Result

Dyeing shulkers plays the same sound as dyeing sheep.

Observed Result

Dyeing shulkers is silent.
