[MCPE-19566] Diamonds to you achievement is broken.

The Diamonds to you achievement is not working for at least Windows 10 and iOS devices. I know that other achievements are working, since just prior I did get a few. I threw it to my friend in-game on my PE Realm and it didn't work. I haven't checked to see if throwing it to a zombie then killing it works.

Before you try, throwing to a zombie won't work because of this: MCPE-14211

@Specialistol Yeah, after I reported the bug, I tried to test it that way, and found that they wouldn't pick it up.

Nah ~ Not gonna. There're issues with that achievement already (MCPE-17233), and maybe the problem is about XBox account. Sometimes when you logging in, you get your achievements, sometimes you can't.
