I am not using any add-ons or resource packs
As the title implies. The blue light that illuminates underwater terrain is visible through the distance fog
Reproduction Steps:
- Set Vibrant Visuals preset to “favor performance” (for increased render distance)
- Find a large, body of water
- Set weather to rain
Observed results:
- You’ll notice the fog reveals the blue underwater light
Expected Results:
- It would be properly obscured by the fog
You can see this much more clearly during rain as it brings distance fog much closer to the player.
It also makes the issue much more obvious since you can watch it happen in real time
