Areas in the world have a lower light level than what it should be.

Certain chunks in a world will became dark when it should be lit after you reload a world.
Steps to create this bug:
1. Create a big room, make sure it blocks sunlight
2. Place torches, preferably more than 10, spaced at least 10 blocks around the room
3. Exit the world, and join in again.
4. After trying a few times, some of the light will not be rendered correctly, and areas just beside a torch will be dark.

I've had one side of jack o'lanterns be completely dark. And blocks 2 spaces from a torch be completely dark until I broke and replace them, then they and the surrounding area would finally render with the correct light level.

I've been getting a lot of this since I updated to 1.1.0... my base happens to be at the intersection of 4 chunks so it became obvious it's a chunk problem. Pic shows full dark right next to my torch.

Yes this happens fairly frequently since the 1.1 update.

Try resolving it because this bug may be a big threat to minecraft builders.
