I don’t have any mods or mod clients, and the first thing I tried was removing my resource packs and reloding minecraft.
What version is running on your iPhone, Jon?
The editors I used were Universal Minecraft Editor and MCCPE Tool Chest. When I get home I will experiment with the world data and try and see what went wrong. My end goal is that I can fix my world, and perhaps others here.
Actually, I think the worlds are salvageable. All the chunks and tags load in the editors I use, (at least in my case) so I think it's only a matter of the devs telling us what exactly they changed so we can do it manually.
Please develop a method to recover worlds that have been the victim of this bug. This is truly devastating. ):

Please fix this bug because this annoys redstone engineers and builders a lot. One way to fix it is making the blocks mentioned above only drop as an item when a entity (when it displays the breaking particle) breaks the blocks those blocks are attached to. Otherwise, the blocks above need to wait 1 second without attaching a block to drop as an item. This solution prevents the bug because chunks loads take less than 1 second normally, and it still makes sure those blocks act what they should be acting.
Try resolving it because this bug may be a big threat to minecraft builders.
I got it resolved. I re-downloaded the .minecraft folder
Here is a video to help me explain.
the development console says it couldn't save the crash report and yes by "boom" I meant it will crash
"Temp" must mean "Temporary" so the names should change after a while.
Please fix this
