Cloning mob spawners, e.g. a cow mob spawner, to a new location works. However, the animated cow inside the mob spawner spinning around isn't there anymore.

It appears this ticket was reopened by mistake earlier this year. I am not able to reproduce the issue in the current release version (1.14.60). When I clone a naturally-generated mob spawner, the cloned spawner shows the same mob spinning as the original. (Note that due to MCPE-56879, you have to turn off Outline Selection in video settings and point the crosshair at the spawner to see the mob spinning.)
I can confirm this issue also. Worth noting that it also affects spawners placed with NBT data, via the pickblock function.
