Device is Samsung Galaxy S6 Active.
End cities simply do not generate in the End. I searched over thousands of blocks, to no avail.

Can you please include an example seed and coordinates of where an End City should appear but doesn't?
Mine is Java edition like Tory's, but if I go to the same spot on my singleplayer world, I find the end city. If I go there via multiplayer, it is not there. Tested with 3 different cities.

Can confirm this even in Java edition. There is nothing, "cheated" and ran the locate command, I then ran all the way there and there is nothing. Not partial buildings, nothing. So there are separate bugs that folks keep trying to include in the same one. Not spawning at all, is completely different to partial spawning. And if the server believes there is an end city (using locate) but there is not a single block of city or ship there, then this is an issue, frustrating one at that.
